Tough, difficult if not impossible to grind to a powder with an electric domestic grinder. Pungent.

Herbs Recipies
Pour freshly boiled water over a Herbs tea bag for one cup of herbal tea and allow brewing. Best use after 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Enjoy sweetened or plain. Add honey if desired.

As a variant, allow the drink to cool down. Add ice cubes and it is ready to enjoy as a cool drink.
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of vanilla almond milk.
- Half a cup of boiled water add over 2 Herbs sachets. Let it
cool down.
- 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt.
- 1/4 cup of old fashion oats.
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
- 1 fresh banana and add 4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
